About Future Energy

In the Beginning, EPC’s weren’t very popular!
When first introduced Energy Assessments were seen as just another piece of legislation in the property chain.

How things have changed!

With the cost of rising fuel bills, Energy assessments have now become a very useful tool to see how efficient a property is along with its potential. The energy efficiency industry has seen a boom over recent years with the introduction of better insulation, heating controls, Glazing, and the Renewable technology incentives. Future Energy Property Surveyors not only conduct your EPC but we will give you options to access to free insulation grants, Boilers, and how to receive payments for generating electricity and heating your property. Generally homeowners who sell their property usually buy another house so the EPC is valuable to look at potential improvements and investments. We are so confident that we can save you money and improve your future property we will give free advice on the best way to improve the efficiency of your future home, even though we may not have done the assessment on the house you are buying/bought.Landlords can also take advantage of our commitment to improve and reduce the energy consumption of their properties so that their tenants can benefit from lower fuel bills.
